The PGWP allows graduates from Designated Learning Institutions in Canada to obtain an open work permit, helping them gain valuable Canadian work experience for their career and permanent residency programs.
Requisitos del PGWP 📋
- The study program must be of a minimum duration of 8 months, and eligible for the PGWP (not all study programs are eligible for PGWP). You can review that information here.
- Have maintained full-time student status in Canada during each academic period of the study program.
- Have an academic record and an official letter from the school (DLI) confirming completion of the study program.
- Apply for the PGWP within 180 days of graduation.
- The study permit must have been valid at some point during those 180 days after you graduated.
