Eligibility Requirements 📋
To be eligible for this work permit, you must meet the following requirements:
- Living and working outside of Quebec.
- Intermediate level of French: You can demonstrate this with:
- Results of French exams such as the TEF or TCF.
- An official letter from a college/university confirming that you completed a program in French, such as a certificate or diploma.
- Other documents that prove your education in French (example: university degree from a bachelor's degree obtained in France).
- Job offer: You must have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer in a province outside of Quebec. If you have questions about the NOC or the TEER If you have any questions related to your offer, please don't hesitate to contact us.
- Meet the requirements of the occupation
- Comply with the general eligibility requirements for a work permit.
