IRCC Web Form: Webform

The Webform is an official tool provided by IRCC that allows visa, permit, or permanent residency applicants to communicate with IRCC.

What is the Web Form used for? ๐Ÿ“„

Here are some examples of what Webform can be used for:

  • Request updates on the status of your application. ๐Ÿ“ฉ
  • Notify/Update IRCC of important changes: address, contact information, family status, etc. ๐Ÿ“ข
  • Submit additional documents or corrections requested by IRCC. ๐Ÿ“Ž
  • Withdraw your application. โŒ
  • Report a technical issue. โš™๏ธ

Information that you must include ๐Ÿ“

When submitting a Web Form, be sure to include:

  • Application/request number (if you have one). ๐Ÿ“Œ
  • Full personal information: name, date of birth, and IRCC (UCI) client number. ๐Ÿ‘ค
  • A clear and concise message that includes: type of request, date submitted, and reasoned statement.
  • Attach required or supporting documents, if necessary. ๐Ÿ“‚
